Allie Hodge, Business Insurance Marketing Assistant | Allie utilizes effective communication to support internal requests for insurance placement and marketing. She earned a master’s and bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
Alyssa Gomez, Business Insurance Account Manager | With 10+ years of experience, Alyssa manages an established book of business, overseeing renewals, summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, and proposals within the business insurance department. Alyssa is a Florida Notary Public.
Amber Smith, Personal Insurance Claims Consultant | Bringing 10+ years of experience, Amber supports clients and third-party claimants throughout the claims process, while coordinating with carriers to keep claims moving efficiently. She holds a Connecticut Property & Casualty Adjuster License and earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Empire State University.
Amy Abbott, Business Insurance Account Manager | Excels at building effective working relationships by providing a thorough hands-on approach and conducting consultative conversations. Amy is an Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), and holds a Property & Casualty License in Maine, New York, and Connecticut. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine.
AmyRae Nessa, Insurance Advisor | With 10+ years of experience, AmyRae partners with clients to understand their operations, identify exposures, and build insurance strategies that protect their people and assets. She is a member of the Construction Exchange of Buffalo & WNY, the National Association of Women in Construction, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and the Buffalo Niagara Innovation Creativity & Entrepreneurship Council (B-NICE).
Anthony Saylor, Personal Insurance Account Manager | Bringing 15+ years of experience, Anthony maintains strong relationships with clients and carriers while identifying opportunities to cross-sell accounts or refer business to producers.
Autumn Dahlgren, Receptionist | Autumn welcomes clients and guests, manages multi-line incoming calls, coordinates client appointments, and facilitates appointment confirmations.
Caitlyn Rougeau, Business Insurance Assistant Account Manager | Supports the business insurance department by validating audits, managing renewal processes, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Caitlyn holds a Property & Casualty License in several states and earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
Carrie Street, Insurance Advisor | Bringing 10+ years of experience, Carrie works with carriers and fellow team members to ensure her clients have proper coverage, while mitigating their risk. She holds a NYS Property & Casualty License, NYS Life, Accident & Health License, and earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo.
Chris Cybulski, Medicare & Individual Health Insurance Account Executive | Chris brings 25+ years of experience to his role, where he helps clients with coverage questions, plan benefits, and Medicare-related inquiries, while supporting account service initiatives. He holds a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License and is certified for America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and New York State of Health (NYSOH) plans.
Desiree Moore, Business Insurance Underwriting Coordinator | With 10+ years of experience, Desiree reviews contracts and insurance requirements for compliance, resolves discrepancies, processes endorsements and billing issues, prepares premium loss summaries, supports renewals, issues key insurance documents, and validates audits. She holds a New York State Property & Casualty License, Texas General Lines Agent License, and earned a master’s and bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.
Jack Hoctor, Insurance Advisor | Jack serves as a trusted advisor helping clients design employee benefits programs that support their workforce, manage costs, and align with business goals. He earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and management information systems from the University at Buffalo.
Janeen Qadri, Business Insurance Account Manager | Oversees renewals, summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, and proposals within the Real Estate team. Janeen holds a Property & Casualty License and earned a bachelor’s degree from Daemen University.
Jed Daughton, Director of Sales Development | With 20+ years of industry experience, Jed leads the execution of a comprehensive sales development strategy that aligns with Lawley’s growth objectives across property & casualty and employee benefits divisions. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Canisius University.
Laura Rodriguez, NYS of Health/Marketplace Account Executive | Laura assists clients with plan benefits, coverage questions, and Medicare-related inquiries, while coordinating closely with consultants to provide a high level of service.
Lisa Morgan, Personal & Business Insurance Claims Consultant | With 10+ years of experience, Lisa serves as a liaison between clients, carriers, and the agency to support effective claims handling and resolution. She holds a Texas Property & Casualty License and earned a master’s degree from the University at Buffalo and a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Fredonia.
Loughan Driscoll, Staff Accountant | Supports financial closings, reporting, and audits, while collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls. Loughan earned a master’s degree in epidemiology and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University at Buffalo.
Melinda Schwartz, Medicare & Individual Health Consultant | With 25+ years of experience, Melinda advises Medicare insurance beneficiaries and employers on annual renewals, Medicare insurance open enrollment, and compliance requirements. She holds a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License and is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and Licensed Esthetician (LE).
Michael Bochner, Manager of Underwriting & Financial Analysis | Bringing 20+ years of experience, Michael leads underwriting initiatives with a focus on client retention and growth, supporting self-funded employee benefit programs through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He earned a master’s from the University of Rochester and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
Michael McCourt, Senior Network Engineer | Michael designs, implements, and maintains the technology infrastructure that supports Lawley’s operations while ensuring secure and efficient network performance.
Ryan Lynn Fisher, Employee Benefits Consultant | With 25+ years of experience, Ryan uses a data-driven approach to deliver tailored employee benefits solutions, specializing in long-term planning, pharmacy optimization, and cost control. She holds a Life, Accident & Health License and earned a Business Administration in Human Resources management degree from Bryant & Stratton College.
Sara Livsey, Recruitment Coordinator | Serves as a key point of contact for candidates through the interview experience, while ensuring our hiring practices align with our brand and employment regulations. Sara earned a bachelor’s degree from High Point University.
Stacie Wasiulewski, Personal Insurance Account Manager | Bringing 10+ years of experience, Stacie supports new and existing clients by developing, quoting, and servicing policies while also processing endorsements and preparing insurance documents as needed.
