As a Medicare receptionist, Autumn specializes in communication, organization, and customer service.

Experience:

With 10+ years of experience, Autumn welcomes clients and guests, manages multi-line incoming calls, coordinates client appointments, and facilitates appointment confirmations. She also provides administrative support through data entry, mailings, scanning, filing, and other office functions while maintaining effective communication with clients, carriers, managers, and staff to support day-to-day operations.

Prior to Lawley, Autumn gained valuable experience in customer-facing roles within the nonprofit and healthcare industries. Her background as an office coordinator and medical receptionist strengthened her communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Community and Pro Bono:

Autumn is actively involved in her community, serving as the creator of Pulse Poetry Slam in Jamestown, NY, and supporting local initiatives including Little Free Pantry and the Free Community Exchange.
