Lawley Awarded Silver Well Workplace® Award

Lawley is excited to share that it has been recognized as one of the nation’s healthiest workplaces and awarded the Silver Well Workplace® Award by the Wellness Alliance!
This recognition is particularly meaningful because it highlights something that has always been a priority at Lawley: investing in its people.
At Lawley, our associates are at the heart of everything we do, and we believe that supporting the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our associates is essential to both personal and professional success.
This award reflects the collective efforts of our associates, wellness champions, and leaders who continue to foster a culture that values health, balance, and support.
While we celebrate this achievement today, we remain committed to building on this foundation and continuing to create an environment where every associate has the opportunity to thrive.
Over the years, Lawley’s commitment to healthier lifestyles has evolved into a comprehensive approach to well-being, supported by programs and resources that meet associates at every stage of their wellness journeys.
Through annual biometric screenings, the efforts of the Lawley Strong Committee, the HealthCheck360 platform, and mental health resources such as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Lawley provides a range of tools designed to support associates and their families.
