Michael Szymoniak, Jr. is responsible for all aspects of relationship management and service for many of the firm’s clients. He provides companies with comprehensive solutions and strategic initiatives to enhance their employee benefits program while meeting their unique needs. Michael works closely with human resource and financial professionals to understand their businesses. He specializes in strategic benefits planning, cost-control strategies, compliance, health care reform, and benefit admin technology.

Michael has taken an active role in Lawley’s proprietary medical captive, Proactive Health, and he is developing expertise in captive insurance as an alternative risk solution. He also possesses expertise in private benefit exchanges and helped launch Lawley Marketplace in 2013.
