Both Occurrence and Claims Made Policy Forms including free “Tail-Coverage” at retirement
Physician limits:
Each Physician: $2.3M per occurrence / $6.9M aggregate on underlying coverage
Ability to provide shared excess coverage over all physicians in a group for additional protection
Free Risk Management Resources and Education – Typically only available to very large groups
Individuals from Lawley assigned to each group to provide a single point of contact
Extensive experience working with groups of various specialties
Ability to provide creative programs focused on controlling costs through alternate mechanisms of risk sharing
Internal claims team to guide clients through claims
Relationships with local defense firms to facilitate a team approach on claims
Annual claim reviews
Assist in credentialing process to onboard new providers
Efficiently manage malpractice program to make policy changes, add/remove providers, risk management course assistance, and all other policy services
