The addition of Fisher and Street strengthens Lawley’s ability to provide more specialized consulting in both employee benefits and commercial insurance, while deepening the firm’s industry-specific knowledge in manufacturing, construction, nonprofit organizations, and alternative risk financing. Their combined experience enhances Lawley’s capacity to deliver proactive, data-driven strategies that support long-term cost control, risk mitigation, and strategic planning.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience across carriers, third-party administrators, and pharmacy benefit management, Fisher has a data driven, strategic approach to employee benefits consulting. Specializing in benefit planning, alternative funding solutions, pharmacy optimization, and long-term cost management, she possesses expertise in translating complex carrier strategies into clear, actionable solutions that help employers make informed decisions and manage costs.

Prior to joining Lawley, Fisher served as a Senior Account Executive at Independent Health. She holds an Accident & Health License, a Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Bryant & Stratton College, and is a graduate of Leadership Buffalo and the Healthcare Business Academy fellowship (NorthStar Network).

Fisher serves on the board of Visually Impaired Advancement (VIA) and is involved with the Amherst Chamber of Commerce as a mentor for the Emerging Business Leaders program and a council member for Leadership & Inspiration for Trailblazers (LIFT).

With more than a decade of insurance experience and a strong track record of helping organizations navigate complex risk environments, Street specializes in insurance programs for manufacturing, construction, and non profit sectors, as well as risk management, group captive, and alternative risk financing. Known for her relationship-driven approach, Street collaborates closely with carriers and internal teams to ensure clients receive proper coverage, competitive pricing, and tailored risk mitigation strategies. Her expertise in captive solutions and alternative financing models allows Lawley to offer clients more innovative and cost-effective options.

Prior to joining Lawley, Street held roles at two national insurance agencies and earned a PEAK award for outstanding sales performance while at USI. She also brings experience from the media and banking industries, giving her a unique ability to connect with diverse business needs.

Street holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo, a NYS Property & Casualty License, and a NYS Life, Accident & Health License.

She is active in several industry organizations, including the Builders Exchange of Rochester, Construction Financial Managers Association, and Associated Builders and Contractors.
