Alyssa McGovern, Director of Medicare | With 15+ years of experience, Alyssa oversees all sales operations for Lawley Medicare Solutions, guiding long-term growth strategies that include mergers, acquisitions, and revenue expansion. She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), holds a NYS Life, Accident & Health License, and a NYS Property & Casualty License. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester.
Aspen Hawkins, Personal Insurance Account Manager | Aspen manages an assigned book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and insurance documents. She holds a NYS Property & Casualty License and earned an associate’s degree from Jamestown Business College.
Catherine Scherrer, Business Insurance Account Associate | Supports the Real Estate team with processing documents, internal requests, and marketing submissions. Catherine earned a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo.
Charleen Capwell, Training Specialist | With 10+ years of experience, Charleen develops and communicates coverage-specific training opportunities, maintains departmental resources, and creates reports that track efficiency, consistency, and progress. She is an Associate in Automation Management (AAM) and an Associate in Insurance (AINS).
Helen Bugman, Personal Insurance Assistant Account Manager | Helen supports the personal insurance team by preparing coverage summaries, policy changes, proposals, and comprehensive coverage reviews, while assisting with new business applications and ensuring all submissions are accurate and complete. Helen is a NYS Notary Public and holds a NYS Property & Casualty License.
Jack Perry, Retirement Account Associate | Processes documents, manages internal requests, handles data entry, and offers administrative support for the Lawley Retirement Advisors team. Jack earned a bachelor’s degree from High Point University.
Jayden Balcarzyk, Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist | Jayden conducts plan analysis and proposal preparation, processes enrollment applications, and oversees renewal packages for the Benefits team. He earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo.
Jennifer Gray, Personal Insurance Account Manager | With 10+ years of experience, Jennifer handles renewals, processes endorsements, and creates insurance documents, while providing superior customer service. She is an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), an Associate in Insurance (AINS), and holds a NYS Property & Casualty License.
Jillian Johnston, Receptionist | | Provides administrative support by scanning and downloading insurance information, routing faxes, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining smooth communication with customers, carriers, and employees. Jillian earned a bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University.
Joseph Hoerner, Captive Account Associate | Joe supports the evaluation and qualification of prospects for group captives and assists throughout the quote, sales, and documentation process. He earned a master’s degree from University at Buffalo and a bachelor’s degree from Elon University.
Julie Dibb, Personal Insurance Account Executive | With 20+ years of experience, Julie consults with clients to recommend appropriate coverages, prepare quotes and proposals, and ensure timely submissions to carriers. She holds a Property & Casualty Brokers License and earned a bachelor’s degree from Hilbert College.
Justin DelBello, Technology Platform Analyst | Bringing 10+ years of experience, Justin oversees the renewal process, coordinates timelines and data, and ensures each platform is properly configured for the new plan year. He earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Fredonia.
Kaitlyn Partlow, Employee Benefits Consultant | Prepares and executes strategic business plans, secures RFPs, participates in team sales, and identifies cross-sell opportunities to expand client coverage. Kaitlyn holds a Life, Accident, & Health license in 8 states.
Kiernan Higgins, Captive Account Associate | Kiernan manages new business submissions by assembling and tracking client data, performs ad hoc analyses related to captive performance, and reconciles shareholder documents for both new and renewal accounts. Kiernan earned a master’s degree from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University.
Madasyn Matusiak, Recruiter | Madasyn conducts industry focused searches, maintains recruitment records, manages company job postings, and assists with onboarding and new hire orientations. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Post University.
Mary Setter, Retirement Account Executive | With 15+ years of experience, Mary coordinates fund and plan design changes, conducts plan review meetings, and works with the Retirement Plan Advisors to make recommendations that are beneficial to each client’s needs. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, & 65 licenses and a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License.
Michael Hendrix, Business Insurance Senior Account Executive | Bringing 40+ years of experience, Michael leads all aspects of account strategy and service, provides holistic risk management solutions, mentors team members, and fosters strong relationships across departments. He is an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), holds a NYS Property & Casualty License, and a Life, Accident, & Health License. Michael earned bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher University.
Natalie Sterns, Business Insurance Assistant Account Manager | With 25+ years of experience, Natalie produces summaries, certificates, policies, and proposals within designated timelines, while identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Natalie holds a NYS Property & Casualty License.
Nicole Jolicoeur, Business Insurance Assistant Account Manager | Nicole has 10+ years of insurance experience and supports the business insurance team by managing renewal processes, handling non-renewals and cancellations, and validating audits. She earned an associate’s degree from Niagara County Community College.
Robin Dillon, Technology Platform Analyst | With 10+ years of experience, Robin provides timely system support, employee education, and HR training to help clients use the platform confidently and effectively. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and holds a Georgia Life, Accident, & Health License.
Sarah VanGuilder, Personal Insurance Account Manager | Bringing 10+ years of experience, Sarah develops new business, conducts consultative conversations, and builds strong relationships with prestige carriers and clients. Sarah is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and holds a NYS Property & Casualty License.
Stephanie Freeman, Business Insurance Certificate Assistant | Manages certificate processing, reviews certificate requirements, and escalates any compliance gaps to the account manager. Stephanie holds a Texas General Lines Agent License, a Property & Casualty License, and a Life, Accident, & Health License.
Thomas Maloney, Staff Accountant | Tom supports financial closings, reporting, and audits, while collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Canisius University.
Thomas Prince, Senior IT Support Specialist | With 25+ years of experience, Thomas provides technical support by coordinating user computer applications, reviewing tickets, and communicating IT workflows to ensure smooth operations and effective solutions.
