With 35+ years of experience, Susan manages an assigned book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and insurance documents while delivering exceptional service to support prestige clients. She develops new business, conducts consultative conversations, and builds strong relationships with carriers and clients.

Prior to Lawley, Susan gained experience as both a carrier underwriter and an insurance agent, consulting with individuals and families. She worked closely with clients to assess their needs, always maintaining a strong focus on ethical and professional service. Susan joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023.
