Experience:

With 15+ years of experience, Shannon manages an established book of business which includes renewals, summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, and proposals for clients in various sectors. She ensures her clients receive excellent
customer service by providing a thorough hands-on approach and conducting consultative conversations.

Prior to Lawley, Shannon began her career as a claims adjuster before moving to the agency side of the insurance business. Shannon joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023.
