Prior to Lawley, Rob served the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office for many years before transitioning into the insurance industry. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with a wide range of industries, including real estate portfolios, contractors, retail, hospitality, and professional services.

Rob joined Lawley when Professional Insurance Services merged with Lawley in 2025.
