With 35+ years of experience, Pamela supports the personal insurance department by processing carrier submissions, preparing policies for delivery and invoicing, and reviewing renewals, endorsements, and cancellations for accuracy. She maintains compliance, client, and vendor data while providing reliable administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Prior to Lawley, Pamela built an extensive insurance background spanning personal lines, customer service, and both agency and carrier environments. This experience provided her with expertise supporting home and auto policies, managing renewals, and assisting clients with coverage and service needs.

Pamela joined Lawley when Professional Insurance Services merged with Lawley in 2025.
