With 30+ years of experience, Monica manages an established book of business, overseeing renewals, endorsements, remarkets, and insurance documentation while delivering client-focused service. She also serves as a coverage resource and mentor to team members, supports business development efforts, and maintains strong relationships with both clients and carrier partners.
Prior to Lawley, Monica built a strong background in personal insurance and client service through a variety of account management roles. She gained experience conducting policy reviews, quoting coverage, and working closely with carriers and underwriters, which she leverages in her role at Lawley.
