medical benefits, carrier relationships, and strategy development.

With 20+ years of experience, Marcy oversees both the key and enterprise account service teams, supporting workflow management, associate development, and client service initiatives while fostering strong relationships with clients, carriers, benefit consultants, and agency personnel. She manages strategic client
solutions and service planning to support proactive account management and positive client outcomes.

Previously, Marcy was an employee benefits manager of key accounts at Lawley.

Prior to Lawley, Marcy held various roles in the medical benefits and sales industry, where she managed teams, led service programs, and developed effective client relationships.

Accreditations:

Marcy is a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS), and holds a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License.

Education:

She earned a master’s degree from Canisius University and a bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University.

Community and Pro Bono:

Marcy is fluent in Ukrainian and volunteers as a translator for Ukrainian families relocating to the United states through a local organization.
