About:
As the director of people strategy, Kim oversees all areas that assist in growing and keeping Lawley’s associates “happy, healthy, and whole”. This includes managing a team that supports talent acquisition, onboarding, human resources/compliance, benefits, learning and development, training, compensation, and performance management initiatives.
Experience:
With 25+ years of experience, Kim became Lawley’s first recruiter in 2013 and has made a great impact on recruitment and career development across all of Lawley’s footprint ever since. She brings people expertise and several years of experience selling staffing
services through the City of Buffalo and all of Erie County.
Industry Affiliations:
Kim is a member of the Western New York Human Resource Association, the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Education:
Kim earned an associate’s degree from Alfred State College.
Honors:
Kim has been recognized multiple times on Buffalo Business First’s Power 200 Women list.
Community and Pro Bono:
Kim is actively involved in her community, serving as a Board Member and Development Committee member for the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens and on personnel committees for Ronald McDonald House and United Way of Buffalo & Erie County.
