As a Medicare & Individual Health Account Executive, Janice specializes in Medicare insurance plans, NYS individual marketplace, relationship building, and customer service.

Experience:

With 30+ years of customer service experience, Janice supports account service initiatives that help grow and maintain consultants’ books of business. She assists clients with plan benefits, coverage questions, and Medicare-related inquiries, while coordinating closely with consultants to provide a high level of service. Janice also schedules client appointments, facilitates presentations, and helps identify cross-selling opportunities across Lawley’s product lines.

Previously, Janice was a Medicare & individual health insurance client service specialist and administrative assistant at Lawley.

Prior to Lawley, Janice gained valuable experience in the medical industry as she was a charge nurse at a local skilled-nursing facility and a medical-surgical RN staff nurse at Sister’s Hospital.

Accreditations:

Janice holds a Life, Accident, & Health Insurance License, as well as the Health Insurance Associate (HIA) and Fellow, Health Insurance Advanced Studies (FHIAS) designations.

Education:

Janice earned an associate’s degree from Trocaire College.

Janice is a US Air Force Veteran and has earned several service-related certifications.
