James coordinates municipal business service operations, manages client information and documentation for new business and renewals. He supports stop-loss processes in collaboration with underwriters and client relationship managers. James also works closely with clients, vendors, and third-party administrators during transitions and implementations while maintaining accurate CRM documentation and supporting client retention goals through efficient and timely service.

Prior to Lawley, James held a variety of roles in both the sales and customer service industries. As an account executive, he managed the full sales cycle, identifying client needs, delivering tailored demos, and securing long-term customers. James’ background as a project and operations coordinator provided him with a strong foundation in client relations and project management. These roles strengthened his skills to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
James earned a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.
