With 10+ years of insurance experience, Iris works closely with clients to review coverage, process endorsements, and support policy retention through renewal marketing. She maintains strong relationships with clients and carriers while identifying opportunities to cross-sell accounts or refer business to producers.

Prior to Lawley, Iris gained extensive experience in customer service and property & casualty insurance across both carrier and agency environments. This background sharpened her knowledge of client support, working relationships, and key insurance processes, which she brings to her role at Lawley. Iris joined Lawley when Professional Insurance Services merged with Lawley in 2025.
