As an employee benefits client relationship manager, Hollie specializes in employee benefits administration, open enrollment, and relationship building.

Experience:

With 20+ years of experience, Hollie manages all aspects of client servicing, including annual renewals, plan analysis, open enrollment, and carrier & client communication. She provides leadership and technical support across the employee benefits division, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Previously, Hollie was an employee benefits account executive and employee benefits marketer at Lawley.

Prior to Lawley, Hollie worked as a sales coordinator in the financial services industry, where she provided ancillary benefit proposals to brokers and consultants. Through this experience, she gained a strong background in broker support, client service, and benefits  coordination, which she utilizes in her role at Lawley.

Accreditations:

Hollie is a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS), Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), and Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS).

Education:

Hollie earned a bachelor’s degree from Roberts Wesleyan University.
