As an employee benefits captive service coordinator, Ellen specializes in employee benefits,
technology platforms, and customer service.
With more than 10 years of experience, Ellen supports the full lifecycle of captive business, from initial implementation through ongoing client service and support. She works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, manage contract renewals, and support effective cost-containment strategies. Her focus is on building strong relationships, optimizing program performance, and delivering long-term value within the captive model.
Previously, Ellen was a client service specialist at Lawley.
Before joining Lawley, Ellen held a variety of employee benefits roles on both the broker and client sides, giving her broad experience in funding arrangements, client service, and project management. She also spent 10 years with a national consulting firm, where she served as a client marketplace manager and project manager, supporting large, complex clients and delivering integrated benefits solutions with a strong service focus.
Ellen earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Niagara University.
