Chuck provides oversight of the Lawley client team with a specific emphasis on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, cost-control strategies, carrier negotiations, funding strategies, and financial analyses.

Chuck’s has expertise in plan design and implementation of high deductible health plans, health savings accounts, as well as group insurance. He creates custom strategic initiatives to help employers control their benefit costs and improve administrative efficiencies. Chuck’s expertise has led to numerous speaking engagements in the areas of benefit strategies, health care reform, consumer driven health plans, health savings accounts and insurance industry trends.

Experience:

Chuck is a native of Fredonia, New York, and joined Lawley Benefits Consulting in 2001 as a partner. He has more than 30 years of benefits and insurance industry experience. Chuck’s benefits consulting expertise includes the critical areas of health care reform and compliance where he provides employers with the education, guidance, tools, alternatives and recommendations to remain compliant. As a partner, Chuck owns the oversight, development, and mentoring of the benefits consultant professionals.
