About:

As an owner and principal of Lawley, Chris oversees the construction insurance and surety bond practice group, manages mergers & acquisitions and all branch activities, including the employee benefits division.

Experience:

With 35+ years of experience, Chris has extensive knowledge of construction insurance, real estate development, and risk management consulting.

Chris has been instrumental in leading the growth of Lawley as he spearheaded the expansion of the firm into the states of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Florida.

Before joining Lawley, Chris was a Certified Public Accountant for KPMG and Ernst & Whinney.

Chris has a NYS Property & Casualty Brokers License and a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License.

Education:

Chris has a bachelor of science degree from Niagara University.

Community and Pro Bono:

Chris is involved in the community by serving on the boards of the organization of Kaleida Health, Mercy Flight, Inc., Buffalo Niagara Partnership, and Niagara University.
