With 20+ years of experience, Char coordinates training for staff and new hires, supports sales and service initiatives, and collaborates on system upgrades and integrations across the organization. She also develops reporting tools to monitor training effectiveness and workflow efficiency while serving as a mentor
and resource for associates on insurance coverage, carriers, and systems.

Prior to Lawley, Char gained valuable insurance experience as a client service agent and personal insurance trainer at First Niagara Risk Management, Inc., where she strengthened her expertise in training and support for personal insurance operations.
