He provides comprehensive, competitive coverage, and has built strong working relationships with state government and business leaders, helping to educate and advise them on the unique needs of these industries.

Prior to Lawley, Bill owned and operated convenience stores and an automotive repair facility, providing him with a strong understanding of the distinct challenges these businesses face.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher University.

Community and Pro Bono:

Bill serves as president of the New York State Association of Service Stations and Repair Shops (NYSASSRS) and oversees New York State Insurance Fund Safety Group 536. He is a board member and past president of Midvale Country Club and is a member of the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) for Monroe County, New York.
