As an Corporate Wellness Client Service Specialist, Alyssa supports a book of business which includes plan analysis, preparing benefit comparisons, and coordinating client presentations. She is also the liaison between the client and carrier for billing, claim issues, and membership questions.

Experience:

Alyssa began her career as a pharmacy tech at McKesson Corporation for 4 years.  Most recently, Alyssa held positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY in provider service and as an other party liability representative where she coordinated employee benefits, workers’ compensation, and no fault insurance.

Her degree is in health and wellness promotion, an important asset when supporting clients’ benefits needs.
