As the Client Service Practice Leader, Lisa oversees Lawley’s service team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to managers and team leaders. She drives strategic service initiatives across the Benefits division, ensuring exceptional client service, strong retention, and the continued growth and development of her team.
Lisa excels in strategic planning, relationship building, benefit plan design, and staying ahead of industry trends. She collaborates closely with company partners on large-scale client initiatives and plays a vital role in managing the firm’s administrative and business operations.
Lisa holds a New York State Life, Accident, and Health license and professional designations include Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) and Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS).
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
