From traditional fully insured plans to self-funded arrangements and captive programs, he helps each client identify the solution that best aligns with their financial goals, risk tolerance, and employee needs. Adam’s consultative approach ensures that every strategy is tailored to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining a competitive benefits offering.
Adam was previously an Employee Benefits Consultant at Lawley.
Adam is a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS), a Voluntary Benefit Specialist (VBS), and holds a Series 65 license.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo.
He is actively involved in his community through board positions for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Rochester Small Business Council.
