With 30+ years of experience, Chip leads his branch’s staff, sales team, and operations while guiding businesses and families through their insurance needs. He builds strong client relationships, focusing on reducing risk and solving complex challenges. Drawing on his deep knowledge of the insurance marketplace, Chip carefully analyzes each client’s situation to offer tailored options and solutions.

Prior to Lawley, Chip began his professional career at the Boston Stock Exchange before transitioning into the insurance industry. After earning his insurance license, he joined a growing start-up agency, where he gained valuable industry experience and a strong foundation in client service.
