She assists clients throughout Florida with first reports of claims, reviews coverage and claim activity, and helps facilitate favorable outcomes while maintaining strong client and carrier relationships.
Prior to Lawley, Lisa worked for a national insurance carrier, where she handled clear and unclear liability automobile, commercial, and cross-border claims. Through this experience, she developed a strong background in claims resolution and customer service, which she leverages in her role at Lawley.
