As a personal insurance senior account executive, Cosette specializes in homeowners’ insurance, auto insurance, flood insurance, umbrella insurance, and general liability.

Experience:

Cosette consults with clients to recommend appropriate coverages, prepare quotes and proposals, and ensure timely submissions to carriers. She actively cross-sells personal lines using in-house leads, develops relationships with centers of influence, and identifies opportunities to refer clients to commercial and employee benefits teams. By prioritizing quality protection and strong relationships, Cosette simplifies the insurance process to help clients feel supported and confident in their coverage.

Prior to Lawley, Cosette built a well-rounded insurance background spanning auto and homeowners’ coverage, customer service, and agency-based account management. She also brings experience from a national auto insurance company, GEICO, where she worked as an insurance sales agent. This foundation across multiple lines and carriers allows her to support clients with clarity, efficiency, and confidence. Cosette joined Lawley when Professional Insurance Services merged with Lawley in 2025.
