With 25+ years of experience, Ann manages an assigned book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and insurance documents while delivering exceptional customer service. She develops new business, conducts consultative conversations, and builds strong relationships with carriers and clients.

Prior to Lawley, Ann built a diverse background in accounting and insurance, strengthening her knowledge of employment practices liability, client support, and various insurance processes. Ann joined Lawley when Professional Insurance Services merged with Lawley in 2025.
