As a Medicare & Individual Health Consultant, Mark specializes in Medicare insurance plans, the NYS individual marketplace, and relationship building.
Experience:
Mark helps clients navigate the complexities of health insurance by simplifying the wide range of products available to them. He specializes in supporting Medicare insurance beneficiaries and employers through challenges such as annual renewals, Medicare insurance open enrollment, and compliance requirements. He prepares and executes business plans, completes all necessary applications and documentation, and builds lasting client relationships through professional, collaborative engagement. Prior to Lawley, Mark gained extensive experience in sales and customer service, gaining a strong foundation in client communication and relationship management. Mark joined Lawley when ROC Insurance Services merged with Lawley in 2025.

Mark holds a NYS Life, Accident, & Health License.
Education:
Mark earned an associate’s degree from SUNY Alfred State College.

Mark is actively involved in his community, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Victory Church, and supporting local organizations including Athletes in Action and Meeting God in Missions.
