As a workers’ compensation claims advocate, Kyle specializes in workers’  compensation,
claims management, and customer service.

Experience:

With 10+ years of experience, Kyle serves as the first point of contact for new claims, guiding clients through the process with courtesy and efficiency. He conducts claim reviews, monitors open claim activity, and assists with experience mod analysis to ensure proper handling. Kyle also supports team presentations, mentors associates, and acts as a reliable liaison between clients, carriers, and the agency.

Prior to Lawley, Kyle gained extensive claims experience working with both carriers and third-party administrators, where he managed complex claims from start to finish, monitored ongoing cases, and ensured effective resolutions across diverse situations. He also worked for a global brokerage in a similar role, advocating for clients in all aspects of claim-related issues and concerns.

Accreditations:

Kyle holds a Property and Casualty Broker License, a NY Independent Adjuster License, and a Florida Workers’ Compensation General Lines License. He is also a Connecticut Casualty Adjuster, New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation Adjuster.

Education:

Kyle earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Valley Forge.

Kyle is actively involved in his community, serving as a volunteer T-ball and youth soccer coach for the Skaneateles Youth Sports Association.
