She manages an assigned book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and insurance documents, while delivering exceptional service and guidance to support her clients.  Kathleen joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023 and was previously an account manager. Before entering the insurance industry, she worked for a local police department as a financial administrator, where she also managed a pawn & fencing program.
