Experience:

With 35+ years of experience, Nancy excels at building effective working relationships by providing a thorough hands-on approach and conducting consultative conversations. She oversees renewals, summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, and proposals for clients within the business department.

Prior to Lawley, Nancy gained extensive experience in the insurance industry, working in both personal and business insurance. Over the years, she has handled claims, quoting, new business, renewals, and endorsements, bringing a well-rounded background to her role at Lawley. Nancy joined Lawley when Shoff Darby Insurance Agency merged with Lawley in 2023.

Nancy holds a Connecticut Property & Casualty license.

Community and Pro Bono:

Nancy was a former board member for Naugatuck Youth Soccer and a former president of Naugatuck High School’s Marching Band Parents Association for several years. She was also a volunteer T-ball coach and Boy Scout Troop Leader.
