As a benefits HR administrator, Jessica specializes in employee
benefits, administration, and leave management.
With 10+ years of experience, Jessica supports associates across all of Lawley’s footprint, serving as a key point of contact for all employee benefits needs. She leads new-hire benefit orientations, assists with leave administration, and ensures accurate reporting for enrollment and compliance.
Jessica also provides administrative support to the HR/People Strategy team, helping drive efficient and responsive service across the organization.
Prior to Lawley, Jessica worked as a HR senior team leader and HR coordinator, where she managed a wide range of functions, including benefit enrollment, administration, and employee support. Her experience provided a strong foundation in benefits administration and employee relations.
Jessica holds a Corporate Recruiting Professional certification from the American Staffing Association and a DiSC certification.
Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Empire State University.
