As a client service specialist, Lauren specializes in employee benefits, technology, and customer service.

Experience:

Lauren supports the technology benefits team by monitoring data flow to carriers, maintaining benefit platforms, resolving portal access issues, and auditing enrollments. She serves as a liaison between clients and carriers and ensures successful client relationships by overseeing renewals, conducting proposal preparation, plan analysis, and assisting with enrollment processes.

Previously, Lauren was an employee benefits assistant at Lawley.

Prior to Lawley, Lauren gained media and marketing experience as a video editor, events photographer, and social media intern, where she developed creative expertise and supported promotional campaigns.

Education:

Lauren earned a master’s degree from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.

Honors:

Lauren earned Dean’s List honors at Syracuse University, was inducted into Psi Chi International Honor Society, and received the 300th Ordnance Battalion Scholarship.
