As an employee benefits client service specialist, Janey specializes in employee benefits,
carrier relationships, and customer service.

Experience:

Janey ensures successful client relationships and serves as a liaison between clients and carriers on the Signature team. With the support of an account executive, she manages a book of business, conducts plan analysis and proposal preparation, processes enrollment applications, and oversees renewal packages.

Janey was previously a business insurance account associate at Lawley.

Prior to Lawley, Janey worked in hospitality and childcare, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and care that continues to support her in her current role.

Education:

Janey earned a bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University.
