With 30+ years of customer service experience, Janice supports the Lawley Medicare Solutions Team with strategic initiatives to best assist clients with their health insurance needs. She supports a book of business by coordinating plan comparisons and presentations, maintaining compliance with CMS/Medicare Insurance regulations, scheduling appointments, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing superior service.
Previously, Janice was a Medicare & individual health insurance administrative assistant at Lawley.
Prior to Lawley, Janice gained valuable experience in the medical industry as she was a charge nurse at a local skilled-nursing facility and a medical-surgical RN staff nurse at Sister’s Hospital.
