Top 100 Insurance Broker Recognized For Company Culture As One Of Buffalo Business First’s Best Places To Work in Extra Large Company Category
(Buffalo, NY April 7, 2015) – Lawley, a Top 100 independent insurance broker in the United States according to Business Insurance, has been named one of the Buffalo Business First’s Best Places To Work in the Extra-Large category for 2016. The overall large company winner in 2013, Lawley was recognized in the annual Best Places to Work awards based on employee surveys.
Buffalo Business First’s ranking is conducted in partnership with Quantum Workplace, an independent workplace survey and employee feedback company, to determine the Best Places to Work in Western New York. As part of the process, employees were asked to complete a confidential survey about their workplace, and companies were only considered for the ranking if 85 percent or more of their employees provided feedback. Lawley was named a winner in Buffalo Business First’s Extra Large Company category, which was announced at an event on March 16th at RiverWorks in Buffalo, New York.
