With more than 25 years of industry experience, Bergstrom joins Lawley as a seasoned benefits consultant recognized for her ability to drive new business growth and deliver tailored insurance solutions. In her role, she develops and executes tactical business plans, analyzes plan performance, and identifies cross sell opportunities to enhance client value.

Bergstrom’s extensive background in employee benefits consulting has equipped her with deep expertise in plan design, funding strategies, risk management, and client service. She will support Lawley’s continued commitment to serving clients throughout Connecticut and beyond.

She holds a Life, Accident & Health License in five states and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.

Marotta brings a strong analytical foundation and customer focused approach to his new role. He specializes in rate & renewal analysis, employee benefits, group health insurance, and benefits technology. Marotta has previously served as both an Employee Benefits Analyst and a temporary Sales Support professional at Lawley, gaining hands on experience across the benefits lifecycle.

He also brings additional experience from the insurance and medical equipment industries, where he developed skills in sales strategy, operations, and marketing.

Marotta earned his bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo.

The promotion of William Lawley III enhances the business insurance division and continues the Lawley family’s legacy within the organization.

As an Insurance Advisor, he evaluates the unique risks facing each client and develops customized coverage plans aligned with their goals. His approach emphasizes clarity, transparency, and a simplified insurance experience.

He brings prior experience as a Business Development Representative and Personal Insurance Intern at Lawley, as well as positions as an Account Executive and Underwriting Account Representative. These positions have helped him shape his ability to deliver thoughtful, comprehensive insurance solutions to his clients.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago.
