As an employee benefits client relationship manager, Maureen specializes in employee benefits, open enrollment, private exchange, and account management.

Experience:

With 30+ years of experience, Maureen manages all aspects of client servicing, including annual renewals, plan analysis, open enrollment, and carrier & client communication. She provides leadership and technical support across the employee benefits division, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Previously, Maureen was an employee benefits account executive at Lawley.

Prior to Lawley, Maureen gained years of experience as a senior account executive for BlueCross BlueShield of WNY. She also has extensive sales, employee benefits, and management experience, which she leverages in her role at Lawley.

Maureen is a Certified Health Consultant (CHC), a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS), an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), a Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS), and holds a NYS Life, Accident, & Health license.

Education:

Maureen earned a bachelor’s degree from Canisius University and an associate’s degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Community and Pro Bono:

Maureen is a former volunteer with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program of Erie County and serves as a volunteer at various fundraisers throughout her community.
