Marj Ciucci joins Lawley’s partners, leading the Mahopac, NY office and downstate benefits presence

MAHOPAC, N.Y. (February 3, 2022) | Lawley, an independent family-owned insurance broker and employee benefits firm, is proud to announce the promotion of Marj Ciucci to partner at their growing insurance and employee benefits agency. Ciucci will lead Lawley’s eastern New York office in Mahopac. Ciucci’s promotion was formally announced in January 2022.

Ciucci brings an extensive resume to Lawley, most recently having owned her own brokerage, MAC Creative Plan Solutions, for nearly 20 years. Before starting a woman-owned brokerage, Ciucci was a Sales Consultant in the Employee Benefits Division of Spadaccia, Ryan & Haas, which eventually merged with USI Northeast where she continued to work as an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant and Department Manager.

“It is a privilege to be part of the Lawley organization. It’s exciting to move into a partner role where I am able to make an impact on both clients and the Lawley organization. I’m honored to be named Partner of Lawley Employee Benefits and look forward to continuing help the firm grow for many years to come,” Ciucci said.

Ciucci is a Certified Long-Term Care Planner and maintains a New York State Health and Life Insurance license.
