As a claims assistant, Theresa specializes in operational management, team support, and customer service.

Experience:

Theresa provides administrative support to the Claims Department, assists with reporting, and responds promptly to internal and external inquiries. In her role, she continues to expand er knowledge of insurance policies, the claims handling process, and the full life cycle of a claim.

Prior to Lawley, Theresa held various customer service and administrative roles, where she gained experience supporting teams, assisting clients, and managing day-to-day operations.
