As the Branch Manager for Lawley’s Dunkirk and Jamestown offices, Sue specializes in business insurance, personal insurance, workers’ compensation, and disability insurance.

Experience:

Sue oversees all aspects of branch operations at Lawley’s Dunkirk and Jamestown offices, including profitability, staffing, and vendor management. She collaborates closely with service directors and sales leadership to support staff development, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Sue has been with Lawley for 30+ years and previously held the roles of team lead as well as business insurance account manager. Prior to Lawley, Sue gained extensive experience in the insurance industry as a large account manager, where she managed
complex business accounts, built long-term client relationships, and developed a deep understanding of coverage needs and insurance processes.
