With 10+ years of experience, Robin manages a diverse book of business by serving as a key liaison between clients, service & sales teams, and technology partners to ensure a smooth, accurate benefits enrollment experience. She oversees the renewal process, coordinates timelines and data, and ensures each platform is properly configured for the new plan year. Robin also provides timely system support, employee education, and HR training to help clients use the platform confidently and effectively.
Prior to Lawley, Robin gained valuable insurance experience in the employee benefits industry. This background honed her understanding of client support, relationship management, and effective communication, which she leverages in her role at Lawley
