As a business insurance project coordinator, Noel specializes in project management,
business insurance, and team leadership.

Experience:

Noel supports the Director of Business Insurance as she helps ensure accuracy through all functions of the department, manages internal team communication, and serves as the liaison for external business insurance relationships. She assists with a wide range of initiatives, including administrative functions, quality control audits, lost business reporting, and preparing executive summaries.

Prior to Lawley, Noel worked as an account executive where she developed strategic plans and managed marketing campaigns, providing her diverse experience which she leverages in her role at Lawley.

Education:

Noel earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Fredonia.

Community and Pro Bono:

Noel is actively involved in her community, serving as a brand ambassador for the Live Like Luca Foundation and was the top fundraiser of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Buffalo’s Finest Class of 2023.
