As a Partner, Mark is responsible for attracting new clients and providing excellent service to existing ones. His commitment to excellence, integrity, and service has built his strong reputation in the industry.

Experience:

Mark began his career in 1986 at his family’s firm, Walter C Taylor Agency Inc. In 1998, he and his brother purchased the agency from their father growing it into one of Rochester’s top 10 local insurance agencies. In 2007, they merged with Lawley Insurance where Mark became a partner.

Mark’s career is defined by his unwavering dedication to excellence, integrity, and service—values that continue to drive his success and reputation in the industry.

Accreditations:

He earned the prestigious Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2000 and has maintained it for 25 years, an achievement that places him among the top 1% of insurance professionals in the United States.

Education:

He is a graduate of Monroe Community College (Class of 1985). Mark is committed to ongoing professional development.

Honors:

Mark’s leadership and industry impact were recognized by the Rochester Business Journal, which named him one of Rochester’s Power 30 Players for Insurance in both 2024 and 2025.
