With 30+ years of experience, Marj helps her clients navigate the challenges associated with employee benefits. She values long-standing relationships and works very closely with clients to meet compliance and administrative needs.

In 2001, Marj established and operated her own women-owned brokerage, MAC Creative Plan Solutions in Westchester, NY. When the opportunity to partner with Lawley arose, she recognized it as a compelling chance to collaborate with a larger organization that shared her firm’s values and objectives, ultimately enhancing her ability to serve her clients more effectively. Prior to this, she served as an employee benefits sales consultant at Spadaccia Ryan & Haas, which later merged with USI Northeast. Following the merger, Marj continued her career as consultant and department manager, further enhancing her expertise in this field.

Marj holds a New York State Life, Accident, & Health License, earned a Long-Term Care Certification (CLTC), Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation, and a Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS) designation.

Industry Affiliations:

She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), the Society of HR Management (SHRM), and is a board member for United Way of Westchester and Putnam. She formerly served on boards for the Mahopac Chamber of Commerce, the Putnam Chamber of Commerce, and the Putnam County Business Council.
