She is responsible for generating new business, engaging in consultative discussions, managing her assigned book of business, and handling renewals, endorsements, and insurance documentation.

Lisa is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service by serving as her clients’ primary point of contact and guiding them through their personal insurance needs. With extensive experience in claims, she assists her clients in understanding and choosing the right coverage to effectively safeguard their assets and lifestyles. While her primary book of business is concentrated in downstate New York, she can write business in any state, including high-risk coastal areas.

Prior to Lawley, Lisa held several positions in the insurance industry, gaining experience in operational processes, claims management, sales, and problem-solving.
