Kayla brings solid knowledge of the employee benefits landscape, financial modeling, risk analysis, and business insurance, offering meaningful insights to both clients and colleagues. Since joining Lawley in 2021, she has been instrumental in identifying trends in high-cost claims and collaborating with carriers to obtain key data that support her clients’ financial strategies. By managing financial reports, contribution analyses, utilization studies, and renewal projections, Kayla delivers the critical information employers need to plan effectively and achieve sustainable results.
